Program Showcase
The Program Showcase offers you an opportunity to bring attention to your programs and projects in science and technology in out of school time. The Showcase will be located in its own room centrally placed amongst the conference meeting space in order to ensure that traffic will be optimum. Time will also be built into the conference schedule for attendees to visit the Program Showcase. The Program Showcase will be open Thursday and Friday during conference hours.
All attendees are invited to bring program literature, research papers, photos or other display materials and share your work with your colleagues. The Program Showcase is complimentary for tax exempt organizations. For profit companies will incur a $500 charge for the opportunity. Please note that you must be a registered attendee for the conference in order to take part in the Program Showcase.

Display space and materials are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll be able to set up your display when registration opens. Each poster presenter will have access to half of an 8 foot table to place their poster on along with basic materials including a standing poster board, tacks and tape. Poster presenters are encouraged to bring materials with them as materials in the room will be used on a first come, first serve basis.
