All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 14%, as well as $ 0.12 tourism tax. When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Subject to availability, the Hotel will allow conference attendees to extend their stay up to three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the official meeting dates at the group rate.

It is important that each guest contact the Hotel by group rate deadline, August 31, 2010 at 5PM PST in order to receive the conference rate.

Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 PM on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
Parking
Daily Parking Rates for those attending functions at the hotel: $10.00 for self-parking, $14.00 for valet parking
Overnight Parking Rates (with In and Out privileges): $18.00 for self-parking, $23.00 for valet parking
