The conference fee includes all conference sessions, opening night reception, (2) lunches, (2) continental breakfasts, conference breaks and related conference materials. The Pre-Conference Symposium is an additional registration item and there is a $40 fee. You will have the option to register for the Pre-Conference Symposium during the registration process. Please be sure to only select one of the options (Pre-Conference w/Older Youth or Pre-Conference w/CA After School Network option as they run concurrently in the afternoon.

Once your registration has been received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with receipt of payment. *Note - All payments must be received by August, 23rd, the special rate deadline to receive all early rates. Any registration with outstanding payments by the deadline will be moved into the next registration rate category.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by August 27, 2010 at 5PM EST and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed after August 27, 2010. There will be no refunds given after this date. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation anytime.
